In previous posts, I have introduced about clairvoyance to you and explained why clairvoyance is not an impossible ability to achieve. In the past, one could easily deny the fact that clairvoyance was a natural human ability and the reason was that it was unscientific. Today, however, scientists in fields ranging from parapsychology to quantum physics have shown that psychic abilities are not a figment by nature. You only need to practice a few things within yourself in order to do it. Therefore, in this article I will provide a series of simple instructions for you to do.

Even though clairvoyance is a natural ability of many people and may include you, it cannot be practiced in one day. I am dividing these instructions into four sections so that you can train yourself for four consecutive days. The fourth day is the day you test your mental vision.
This is an early phase clairvoyance exercise. Therefore, I ask you not to put excessive expectations. I am sure you will get a verifiable “vision” on the fourth day but the picture you get may not be as clear as that obtained by a person who has been practicing for weeks.
You will practice seeing the color, size, shape and position of objects that your friends carry and keep. The idea is, you do the things below so that you can capture the impressions of the object through clairvoyance. That is, it is a physical clairvoyance exercise. However, I do not promise that you will not see things you may not want to see (eg. astral objects which may be a little frightening to you). It is highly likely that you will, accidentally, catch an astral image as a result of your third eye practice.
Day One
On the first day, I want you to practice energy sensitivity. You must be sensitive to the movement of energy around you. I know that this sounds really difficult but with the methods I describe below you will find it easy.
I want you to sit cross-legged and make sure that there are no objects around you such as tables, chairs or beds. You will be doing a short exercise to increase your energy and your sensitivity to energy. This is a “secret” exercise to strengthen your Chi.
While sitting cross-legged, try not to slouch as you will be doing the breathing exercise. Open your palms and place them on your thighs. Your palms should be facing up now.
Take a deep breath from your nose and exhale through your mouth. When you exhale, shape your lips like you are going to kiss your daughter’s forehead or blow out a candle. In other words, you are not just exhaling your breath but blowing it out. Make sure that your lips are narrow open so that there is pressure as the air comes out of your mouth. Do this quickly. You need to do about 25-30 cycles.
On the 30th exhalation, you will feel your whole body vibrate and there is a subtle electric sensation running through your skin. At this time, breathe normally and feel the electric sensation. What you feel is your chi.
Try to bring your palms together. You will feel a magnetic sensation there. If you hold your palms up against any part of the body where the skin is sensitive, you will feel a subtle vibration there. If you place your palms a few inches from your face or your head, the sensation will transfer there.
After you really recognize the sensation, rub the palms of your hands for a while. After that, give your full attention to the palm of your right hand. You don’t need to see it. In an instant you will feel the energy accumulating in that palm. After a while, turn your attention to the palm of your left hand and don’t be surprised if the sensation transfers to your left hand in an instant.
If you have succeeded in doing this, now focus on a place about a few meters from you. You won’t feel anything this time. Then, turn your attention to your forehead and you will have the sensation of that energy right on your forehead.
Do the above exercise twice on the first day, but don’t do the second exercise right after the first. Give the interval between the first exercise and the second exercise. For example, if you do the first exercise in the morning or during the day, then do the second exercise at night. Do not do this exercise when you are full, hungry, tired, or sick.
Day Two
I hope today is a clear day because we need a little bit of morning sun. I also hope you can wake up early so that you don’t miss the opportunity to meet the morning sun. We’re going to give your third eye a supplement from the sun.
There are two exercises on the second day, one is done in the morning and the other is done in the evening. In the morning, find a position where you can be exposed to the morning sun. I’m not going to ask you to look up at the morning sun because it can irritate your eyes. All you have to do is let the warm morning sun shine on your forehead. Of course you have to close your eyes.
When you do so, be aware of the reddish yellow light that is right in front of you. Calm your mind by regulating your breathing. Breathe freely but make sure to slow the rhythm down a bit. Within 5 minutes of enjoying the light that you see as if with your forehead, you will feel a sensation similar to what you felt on the first day. The sensation is centered on your forehead. If you feel the sensation, use your heart to allow the light to enter your head. In this way you direct the energy accumulating on your forehead to touch your pineal gland or third eye.
Let the energy flow into your head until you feel a subtle vibration on your forehead and a little pressure on the tip of your head. This is a form of interaction between the third eye chakra and the crown chakra. You may see some small flashes as if someone was taking a photo of you from the front. It won’t hurt you as long as you don’t do it for more than 15 minutes.
To close this morning’s exercise, rub your palms for a few moments and place them on your eyes. Hold your palms over your eyes for a few seconds until you see tiny rays appearing alternately in different colors and shapes. I’m going to tell you a little secret here: when those little lights appear, if you think of a book, you will see a random array of letters or words appearing. If you see it, congrats, you have awakened your third eye with just one exercise.
At night, I want you to sit in a room with no light at all. If in the morning you practice with your eyes closed, at night you will practice with your eyes open. The difference is, in the morning you are hit by the light and at night you are hit by the darkness. Thus, you train your pineal gland to work optimally.
Gaze at the darkness in front of you with open eyes. Calm your mind, your breath, and your heart. Don’t look for anything in the darkness with your eyes. Let your third eye work. You can do this for hours.
Within minutes, you can no longer tell whether you are opening or closing your eyes. This happens because there is no difference between opening and closing the eyes in total darkness. The secret is, when your two eyes are unreliable in this condition, your third eye will take over as the primary sense of sight.
You may see gray or light shading figures of a certain color. You don’t have to find out what you see, just let it be. Whatever appears in your vision is not seen by your two eyes because your eyes will only work when there is light. In essence, get used to seeing with the third eye.
Keep in mind what it was like to see with this third eye. You will need it the next day.
Day Three
I am not sure whether on the third day you have to work or spend time at home with your family. But for sure, you have to see with the third eye all day long. What I mean here is don’t rely on your eyes, unless you are running an engine or driving a car.
While sitting or standing, pause for a moment. With your eyes open or eyes closed, recall the sensations you felt in the dark room last night. If you can’t succeed in feeling the same way, your mind is probably busy right now. You have to try again until you feel as if you are enveloped in something. Usually, physical objects around us are not important to be seen by our eyes if we have entered this phase. What appears on our mental screen are images that are captured by our third eye.
If you have trouble feeling it with your eyes open, try with your eyes closed. If you have caught a mental impression, look at it with your third eye. Recognize what you are seeing in your mind.
Then, awaken your energy sensitivity. Use the palms of your hands if that helps. Rub your palms together and make a kind of energy ball between them. Then, rub your forehead and eyes with the palms of your hands. Within a few minutes, you will feel a subtle vibration on your forehead.
With your heart, “invite” the energy around you to enter your head. Let that energy enter through the front, left, right, and back of your head. If you find it difficult to do this, imagine a few glowing balls floating around you and imagine them floating into your head. You will feel a vibration and pressure in your head but there is nothing for you to worry about.
You will get a very clear mental impression on your mental screen. However, you cannot select what objects are visible at that time. It may be your dining table at home, or your coffee cup, or your child’s plaything. When I did this for the first time, I saw a man I had never seen before. I finally found out that the man was a courier because on the same day he delivered a package for my wife.
If you have managed to get a clear mental impression, then you can stop practicing on this third day. All you have to do is plan something with your friends to do tomorrow.
You should not continue to the next exercise on the same day because without knowing it you have drained a lot of energy. Take time to sleep so that your pineal gland can work optimally tomorrow.
I also have to remind you that at night you may see shadows in the corners of your room, or a certain figure crosses your side, or have vivid dreams while you sleep. Don’t expect that it will become a permanent ability because if you don’t practice it in the next few days the impressions won’t show up again.
Day Four
Clairvoyance is easy. What is difficult is to prepare our third eye to capture the energy and decode the information contained in it. You have prepared your third eye for three days and that will be enough to start with. Now I’m going to tell you another secret in clairvoyance.
Do you know what makes people perceive the wrong mental impression? Many people are deceived by the illusion of their own mind and think that it is a mental impression of clairvoyance. The reason is that they are guessing or pretentious about what they will see. This is the biggest problem in clairvoyance training.
Ask your friend to choose an object and don’t guess it in your mind. Your friend should be in another room or behind you. Make sure that you don’t know the object. Also make sure that you are not guessing what the object is. However, you must have a strong will to know what object your friend chose or brought.
Ask your friend to put the object in a place that is not adjacent to other objects. This is important in order to prevent the possibility of you catching the impression of the wrong object.
Gather your attention and direct it to the position of the object. You can do this because you know where your friend placed the object. Energy will accumulate in the area around the object because your attention is focused there. Relax your body and mind.
After a while, invite that energy to come and enter your head. If you have trouble doing this, visualize the light coming from the object’s direction towards your head and entering it. You will certainly feel a sensation of energy or vibration in your head.
Recall the sensation of the dark room. In this condition, it is very important for you not to guess anything. Make sure that you really don’t know what the object is and that you really want to know what it is. Silence honestly this question: “what is that thing?” Then wait and observe. Usually, the object’s impression will appear right after you have finished your question. Even if your curiosity is very strong, the object’s impression will appear before you ask the question.
The sign that the impression of the object appearing on your mental screen is correct is that there is not the slightest doubt in your heart that you have captured the correct mental impression. This is the hallmark of intuition that distinguishes it from the illusion of thought.
End this exercise with verification. Ask your friend to say what object it is. You will probably be 80% or 100% right and it depends on how quiet and how empty your mental screen is. What I mean by mental screen emptiness is that you have previously cleared your mind of guesswork or pretentious attitudes about the object you are pointing at. Remember, a clairvoyant is not an astrologer.
If you are still wrong. Repeat again until you get the impression of the right object. I am very confident that you will be successful on the second trial. On the first try, you failed because you weren’t able to stop yourself from guessing. But once you fail, you will learn how not to fail again.
