After we know How to creat a Youtube channel through PC or through a cell Phone, it's good for us to also know the process of uploading videos to Youtube via PC.
The steps are as follows:
1. At the top of the page, click the Upload Video icon. Select Upload videos.
2. Before you start uploading videos, you can select the video privacy settings. Select the video you want to upload from your computer.
3. You can also import videos from Google Photos.
4. When a video is uploaded, you can edit the basic information and advanced settings for the video, and decide whether to send notifications to subscribers or not. If you uncheck this option, subscribers will not get notifications.
5. You can create titles up to 100 characters long and descriptions up to 5,000 characters long. You can also adjust Monetization settings.
6. Click Publish to complete the process of uploading the public video to YouTube. If you set the video privacy setting to Private or Unlisted, simply click Done to finish uploading, or click Share to share the video privately.

7. If you haven't clicked Publish, the video cannot be seen by others. You can publish videos at any time in Video Manager.
